We're gonna need a bigger boat!

It became obvious as soon as we were working on turning everything into a live show that we were going to need some more hands on deck.

Our recorded music has a lot going on with a whole range of instruments and pulling it off live was getting way to complex for our two-man crew.
Indeed, if being faithful to the recorded work at some points somehow Ian was going to have to play 2 guitars and sing while Graham cooly manages two bass guitar parts and a keyboard line.

So we have welcomed aboard a couple of our besties:

Marquee Mark, with whom Ian has spent many an hour on stage over the last couple of decade is joining the live team team as guitarist and tag team bass player.

Mya Tronix, who has played with Ian and Marquee in multiple projects over the years will be adding some more vocals.

This is a strange position to be in, as nearly every musical project in which we have been involved has started as a live band, gigging furiously before ever stepping near a studio.

We could have gone all karaoke and relied heavily on backing tracks, but that offends our live musician sensibilities, So, drum machines, sequencers and and expanded gang of musicians it is.

As we book more and bigger gigs we will most likely add more personnel, but this is an opening spot where our job is to get on, do the business, and get off again with the minimum of fuss ...

... and we can't wait.
